Implementation Steps
Step 1
Ensure that surfaces are clean and free of flimsy. Remove the remains of old plasters. On very absorbent surfaces it is necessary to prior priming with the acrylic primer of THRAKON GLX 290
Step 2
In a clean container add 7-8 liters of clean water and gradually empty the contents of the bag, stirring continuously, so that a homogeneous mass of mortar is obtained. The resulting mixture is ready for use 5 minutes after mixing
Step 3
If during the preparation of the mixture you add 1-2 kg/bag emulsion GLX 296 and the necessary amount of water, the workability is significantly improved and the characteristics of the product are enhanced, such as strength, shrinkage, welding on various surfaces, flexibility, frost resistance, tightness, abrasion resistance and acid resistance
Step 4
The application can be done in two layers. The second layer is applied after the first one dries, after 2-3 hours
Step 5
After 6-12 hours the surface is rubbed and ready for painting
Storage
Kept on pallets, and in a dry environment 12 months from the date of production
Hue: White
Packaging: Paper bag 5kg and 20kg
Consumption: 1,0 kg/m² for two layers
